What permissions are required?

A.Location permission

We need location access to collect latitude and longitude information about your device's location to provide loan application service capabilities and reduce the risks associated with your loan application, which helps us verify the address and assess your credit risk. The information is encrypted and stored by the system and will not be shared with any third party.


B.PHONE STATE permission

Easy Prêt require phone state access so that we can ensure that no unauthorized device acts on your behalf to prevent frauds. we will collects and monitors specific information about your device including your hardware model, build model, RAM, storage; unique device identifiers like IMEI, serial number; SIM information that includes network operator, WIFI information that includes MAC address and mobile network information to uniquely identify the devices. This also helps us in enriching your credit profile and assessing your credit worthiness.


C.Camera Permission

We need camera access so that you can easily take ID photos and selfies to save time(For example, taking ID photos and self-portraits of your face). The information is used internally by the system to verify the user's true identity and will not be shared with any third party.


Data safety

This limited app information will collects and transmits to Easy Prêt servers https://epapi.easyprts.com. Easy Prêt will not read and collect your data when the app is closed or not in use. Easy Prêt will never share data to any third party. The collection will only be done if you agree to the authorization.



3.2.

Information we collect about you and your device

Each time you visit service site or install our app on your device, you consent that we may automatically collect the following information which we require for the purpose specified thereunder:

(a) Location. We need your device location authorization to collect location-related information, which includes the location method of the user device, longitude, latitude. Using your location information will enable us to check your credit rating as well as increase the security of your account. If an abnormality is discovered, or we notice that our service is accessed from an unusual location you will be notified promptly.

(b) Mobile Phone/Device. Upload and monitor the information about your device. The device information we need is the unique device identifier such as device name, model, region, status, language, device identification code, device software and hardware information, usage habits, IMEI, and serial number to confirm the uniqueness of the device and ensure the security of your account. The mobile device information will be encrypted and uploaded to our server for anti-fraud services and credit evaluation only. We will not sell, trade or rent your contact information to any third party.

Information we receive from other sources (Third Party Information)

Due to the nature of the services which we provide, we are required to work with a number of third parties (including credit reference agencies and mobile network providers) and we may receive information about you from them.
